Seller. .. <br /> <br />WIT N II SSE T H: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Seller has a contract right to receive 20 <br />feet of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, <br />Colorado - Big Thompson (C-BT), ~nd <br /> <br />acre <br />a/k/a <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Buyer desires <br />desires to sell to Buyer 20 <br />Water Conservancy District, <br />"Water", under the following <br /> <br />to purchase from Seller and Seller <br />acre feet of the Northern Colorado <br />~ereinafter referred to as the <br />terms and conditions: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreeJ as follows: <br /> <br />1. Approval of the transfer of the Water shall take <br />place at the Northern Colorado ~ater Conservancy District monthly <br />meeting, to ~e held May 14 , 19~, after which final title <br />and lien checks will be made, The ha1ance of the purchase price <br />held by Jacobucci Water Brokers, Inc., in its escrow account shall <br />be disbursed at closing, approxiloately May 26 , 19~. <br /> <br />2, Buyer and Seller warrant that they will use their best <br />efforts to obtain necessary sign~tures and releases of lien holders <br />to complete the transfer of the \'/a tel'.
