RESOLUTION
OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF
BLUE RIVER WATER DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the Blue River Water District, ("District"),
Su~mit County, Colorado, is a quasi-municipal corporation and a
governmental subdivision of the State of Colorado organized pursuant
to Part 1 of Article 4 of Title 32, C.R.S. 1973, as amended; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 32-4-113(1) (d), the Board
of Directors of the District is authorized to enter into contracts
and agreements affecting the affairs of the district; and
WHEREAS, ,the District has made application to the Department
of Natural Resources - Colorado Water Conservation Board ("Board")
for the construction of a water project for the purpose of improving
their water supply; and
WHEREAS, the District has executed a,contract dated
July 1, 19RO, with the Department of Natural Resources - Colorado
Water Conservation Board whereby the Board has agreed to finance
a portion of the cost of a project feasibility report being prepared
by the engineering firm of Robillard & Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the district is desirous of making application to
the Board for additional financing for projects proposed in the
project feasibility report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF BLUE RIVER WATER DISTRICT:
1. That the amount of the total estimated project cost
is $2,395,000.
2. That the estirr:ated amount pf the District's contribution

is $1,200,000.
3. That the estimated amount of financial assistance from
the State of Colorado is $1,200,000.
