The flow normally peaks 'in early to mid-June and is <br />normally down to a base flow of about 40 cfs by early September. <br />These statistics relate to the problems with streamflows and actual water <br />availability. <br /> <br />During low flow periods in drought years, it is very conceivable that <br />the District will be required to restrict water usage within the. <br />District as regulated by the actual streamflows. <br /> <br />111-13 <br />
