ULTIMATE WATER RIGHTS

Table 111-2 identifies the ultimate water right requirements to serve
the District to full development. In comparing these requirements with'
the existing rights, the following procedures and reconmendations
should be undertaken to insure a continuous and adequate legal supply of
water be available to the District.
1. Complete the application process and obtained the water
rights as filed in Case Number 79CW57.
2. Pursue all possibilities in obtaining senior rights for the
District that are not subject to call from the Denver Water
Board. This will become more evident in future years.
3.
