The Board staff makes periodic <br />inspectIons durIng construction. All chdnge orders must <br />be approved by the Board staff In advance and before dny <br />construction on change items can commence. Emergency <br />items cleared by telephone. <br /> <br />8. The consultinq engineer certifies that the project hds <br />been completed accordIng to approved drawIngs and <br />specifications and arranqes for final inspection. <br /> <br />9.
