<br />for assistance for Fossil Creek Dam and Spillway, Larimer County,
<br />Colorado.

<br />North Poudre Irrigation Company has previously submitted to your
<br />office a copy of the "Preliminary Report of Plan of Rehabilitation
<br />of Fossil Creek Dam and Spillway" plus the "Application for Assis-
<br />tance".
<br />
<br />This report was prepared to specifically address items of the
<br />Guidelines published in 1978 by the Department of Natural Resources,
<br />Colorado Water Conservation Board, which were not included in the
<br />Preliminary Report.
<br />
<br />This report was prepared jointly by Alden V. Hill, Attorney;
<br />Mr. Harlan Seaworth, President; and BRUNS Incorporated. If after
