Our loan committment from <br />your agency is adequate if we can find additional funds to cut <br />our ratio from 50 percent to 20 percent participating funds. The <br />various agencies have been and are being approached at this time. <br /> <br />With these two very important factors in mind, we have chosen to <br />defer construction for this year.
