<br />. <br />Mr. John Horton <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br />tI <br /> <br />September 30, 1987 <br /> <br />proiect Schedule <br /> <br />We are prepared to begin work on the project immediately <br />upon receipt of written author~zation after the ewCB has approved <br />the funding for the feasibility study. Every effort will be made <br />to complete the study by December 1, 1987 in order that the <br />project can be considered for construction funding by July 1, <br />1988. However, it may be difficult to assemble all necessary <br />reports and information from federal or state agencies who have <br />expressed interest in the project by this date. We will advise <br />you of potential schedule complications as they arise. We will <br />also, upon notice of approval of funding for the study, contact <br />the State Engineers Office (SEal and advise them of the study <br />work scope, schedule and other items as necessary. We will also <br />meet with the SEa as appropriate to review the findings of the <br />feasibility study in order to confirm compliance with state <br />regulations. <br /> <br />Key Personnel <br /> <br />Key personnel to be assigned to the project will be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />project Manager..................Mr. Keith A. Ferguson, P.E. <br />In-house Consultant (reviewerl...Dr. Daniel P. LaGatta, P.E. <br /> <br />Other personnel from GEl or qualified subconsultants will be <br />assigned to various work items as necessary, <br /> <br />Estimated Costs <br /> <br />We propose to complete the work for the lump-sum price of <br />$38,000.
