This proposal has been revised <br />based on comments received from the ewCB on our original proposal <br />dated September 18, 1987. <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />The work we propose to complete would consist of work items <br />outlined below which are in accordance with the "Guidelines For <br />Preparation of Feasibility Reports. by the ewCB. Note that the <br />work under Items 5 and 6 includes both the Phase II and Phase III <br />engineering evaluations as originally proposed in our letter of <br />May 22, 1987. The discussion below expands upon the Phase II and <br />Phase III evaluations described in our previous letter.
