Shultz Farm Inc. is a family owned, Colorado corporation with the ability to enter <br />into a contract with the CWCB for the purpose of obtaining a construction fund <br />loan. <br />2. The project will provide for the rehabilitation of Hill Lake so it can once again <br />hold its decreed water. <br />3. The total estimated cost of the project is $445,000.00. Shultz Farm Inc. is <br />applying for a $400,000.00 loan from the CWCB Construction Fund which will <br />cover 90% of the total cost. <br />4.
