<br />b. Legal services. not exceeding a total of 250 hours: <br />$125.00 per hour for senior partners <br />$ 90.00 per hour for partners <br /> <br />c. Contractorls clerical/administrative staff: <br /> <br />$ 7.00 per hour <br /> <br />d. Independent accountant services not exceeding a <br />total of 80 hours: <br />$42.00 per hour <br /> <br />e. Travel and operating costs: <br /> <br />At actual cost. with travel by automobile to be <br />reimbursed at $0.20 per mile <br /> <br />f. Equipment and capital goods: <br />At actual cost. but only to the extent that such <br /> <br />expenses are approved in advance in writing by the <br /> <br />State. <br /> <br />3. Submission of Contractor's Statements. The Contractor <br />shall submit to the State no less frequently than at <br />the end of each month itemized written statements which <br />reasonably detail the costs and expenses paid or <br />incurred for the tasks undertaken by the Contractor <br />pursuant to paragraph 1. The State shall promptly <br />review and process for payment all statements 50 <br />received. Payment shall be made to the Contractor at <br />the address given in paragraph 10-. <br /> <br />4. Independent Contractor Status.
