The
results of these joint surveys are presented in Appendix A and the locations
of the surveys are shown on Plates 2 and 5. Statistical analysis of the joint
survey data is reported in Appendix B.

4.7 Geologic Cross Sections

This report includes 5 geologic cross sections (Plates 10 through 14) at
the dam site. The locations and orientations of these sections are
illustrated on Plates 2 and 5. These locations were selected to provide
preliminary geological information with respect to what appears to date to be
the most practical positionings for the dam. Geologic information depicted on
the cross sections was derived from (a) the geologic maps, (b) our
understanding of formational thicknesses,(c) inferred geologic structure, and
(d) information obtained from subsurface investigations at the dam site.

UEBLACKER ASSOCIATES.
