This feasibility study reflects changes in the scope of work from the <br />original application, <br /> <br />The attached report has been prepared in accordance with the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board requirements governing the content and format of feasibility reports, All required <br />documents have been included in the report, <br /> <br />With the submittal of this report, the North Poudre Irrigation Company formally requests <br />funding from the Colorado Water Conservation Board Construction Fund to partially finance <br />the proposed projects, For the Alternatives chosen by the Company, we are estimating a total <br />project cost of approximately $2,661,580. not including interest. Funding these projects will <br />raise the level of assessments for the Company approximately $ \3.30 per share of stock which <br />is similar to increases that the Company has absorbed in past years for other rehabilitation <br />projects, <br /> <br />We request your further consideration and approval of this funding for the project.
