He explained this <br />amended contract must be signed and returned to the C.W.C.B. After <br /> <br />review and discussion, Arthur Meyer moved to give the President or <br /> <br />the Vice-President and the Secretary/Manager authority to sign the <br /> <br /> <br />amended C.W.C.B. contract.
