With these <br />additional guidelines available for our use we intend <br />to make a rough draft of the feasibility study avail- <br />able to you no late~ than the 15th of December, 1975. <br /> <br />If your review of the rough draft does not reveal <br />major inadequacies, 30 copies of the feasibility study <br />will be made available to you by the 9th of January, <br />1976. In return for these delivery dates we will be <br />expecting our first payment in accordance with the <br />contract to be made on the 2nd of January, 1976, the <br />second payment will be due on the 2nd of February and <br />the remainder of the payment made available to us <br />shortly thereafter. <br /> <br />Ed Howard stated that the Las Animas County Commis- <br />sioners would need a letter of approval from your office <br />before they would make a payment on their share of the <br />cost of the feasibility study.
