The report will include the water requirements of the <br />present and the anticipated water requirements of the <br />future, a statement on the yield available from the <br />surface water supplies, the ground water availability, <br />and the quality of water from the various sources. <br /> <br />6. The report will include a physical plan of the proposed <br />project along with a statement on the geologic invest- <br />igations, the design material for the proposed project, <br />structural requirements for the steel water storage <br />reservoir, drainage requirements, provisions for any <br />sediment that may be experienced, and the required <br />right-of-ways and easements. <br /> <br />7. The report will include an estimated cost of construction <br />based upon the unit costs of present day construction <br />and the anticipated increase in cost of construction in <br />the future, an annual fund requirement schedule, a <br />tabulation of the operation, maintenance and replacement <br />costs, and establisbing an emergency operating fund. <br /> <br />8. The report will include an overall project evaluation <br />as called for in the Guidelines. <br /> <br />9. The report will include a service plan table based upon <br />a one percent interest charge for 50% of the proposed <br />project, a service plan table based upon a two percent <br />interest charge for 50% of the proposed project, and an <br />average anticipated monthly basic cost for 1,000 gallons <br />of water. <br /> <br />PART C - ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STUDY. <br /> <br />1. An environmental impact study report using the Guidelines <br />prepared by the Colorado Water Conservation Board will <br />be included along with the feasibility study report. <br /> <br />The following is the estimated cost and proposed method of <br />payment for the feasibility survey and reports: <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
