There is no property tax pledge to the CWCB loan and no impact on rates <br /> <br /> <br />expected. There currently are no assessments levied by the District. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Contracts, Court Actions. Permits. and Agreements Related to Proiect <br /> <br />Imnlementation <br />The District has adjudicated the necessary water rights for the Project and obtained <br /> <br /> <br />the necessary permits from the Office of the State Engineer. Contracts for the work <br /> <br /> <br />to be performed in relation to the Project will be awarded after a competitive <br /> <br /> <br />bidding process as required by applicable state statutes. The District will require the <br /> <br /> <br />selected contractor to enter into a written construction contract which will include <br /> <br /> <br />the performance guarantees and payment and material bonds required by applicable <br />statutes. <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />Jehn Water Consultants.
