Box 8 <br />Ordway, CO 81063 <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />West Embankment Toe Drain, Lake Henry Reservoir, Ordway, CO <br />URS Project #68-00044798 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ringle: <br /> <br />Attached with this letter are the following documents for your use: <br /> <br />· 3 copies of stamped full size construction drawings for the west embankment toe drain <br />for Lake Henry Dam. <br />· 3 copies of II by 17 construction drawings for the west embankment toe drain for Lake <br />Henry Dam_ <br />· Two engineers cost estimates prepared for the project. One cost estimate was prepared <br />for the entire drainage system_ One cost estimate was also prepared for the toe drain <br />system without a drain line into Circle ditch. The following assumptions were also made <br />for the cost estimates: <br />1. A mobilization of 10% of the sum of the unit costs was used. <br />2.
