AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDIN1NCE 7, 1995 TO
INCLUDE THE 1% USE TAX APPROVED BY THE TOWN OF SILT VOTERS ON APRIL
5,1994 AS REVENUE TO REPAY THE $400,000 LOAN WITH THE COLORADO STATE
W ATER CONSERVATION BOARD TO INSTALL AN UNDERGROUND, LOW-PRESSURE
IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN THE TOWN OF SILT I

The following amendments are effected in Ordinance 7, Series 1995: I

Section 4. shall read: That the revenues generated by the Assessment(~) (the "Assessment
Revenues"), and revenues generated from the 1% Use Tax as approve<:( by the volers in the April
5, 1991lf1W1icipal election, when collected, shall be applied towards repayment of the loan in
accor!~with Contract No. C153702 with Colorado Water Conserv~tion Board until the
indebtedness is paid and discharged; and, I

Section 5. shall read: That the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes th~ assessment revenues and
revenues generated from the 1% Use Tax as approved by the voters in lhe AprilS, 19~f ~
municipal election to be set aside in a special fund separate and apart frpm other revenues in an
amount sufficient to assure repayment oHhis revenue to the State. ;
