This grant will supplement the 1\ Use Tax increase passed <br />by Silt voters in the April, 1994 municipal election for the <br />irrigation system. This irrigation system would make it possible <br />for individual homeowners to water their lawns and gardens with <br />untreated water at a much reduced rate than what they are now <br />paying for treated water to irrigate.
