Assessments and recommendations in this report will be based upon service requirements of 3000 build-out/1450 existing, or 207 percent of current water demand, and allow for the geographic distribution of the demand consistent with the above-mentioned subdivisions, For the purposes of timing of some of the water system improvements, a population projection is often helpful.
