<br />NOW TIIEHEFORE, it is hereby agreed that:

<br />1. 'l'he Contractor ayrees to have a feasibility report prepared and directed
<br />to thD problem of improv~ng tho irrigation [ucllities of the company in uccor.dul)cQ
<br />with .:t proposal for proj(?ct fe<lsibility report prepared by the consulting firm of
<br />Tur~nto , St~nton & Tugg~, 6412 south College l\venue, Fort COllins. Colornuo 80525
<br />and ~pproved by the Stat~, received June 27, 1980,which proposal is attached
