A motion was made <br />by Patricia Wells that the Board approve the overall budget as presented, <br />authorize a change in the La Plata County expenditure to Marvel Springs if <br />it fits within the criteria, and to confirm consolidation of the Jefferson <br />County proposed two years of expenditures into this year's project funding. <br />The motion was seconded by Eric Kuhn. The motion was then amended to <br />state that the La Plata decision will be brought back to the March meeting <br />with further information on this project. The amended motion was approved <br />unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />12a.
