No other charge. fee, cax. or levy for the Pipeline or the use thereof, shall be made co Allottee or its citizens, directly or indirectly by SWSP Enrerprise; excepr for any fees, charges or assessments charged or levied by the Districr or Subdistricr in connection with allotment contracts for District water or Subdistrict warer or inclusion of the Allottee or its land area within the boundaries of the District or Subdistrict, or taxes charged or levied by the District or Subdistrict on lands included within the Districr or Subdistrict. d. All money paid to the SWSP Enterprise by the Allottee under this Contract shall be kept in separare accounts from all other accounts of the SWSP Enterprise or the Districr and shall be used only for Pipeline purposes as specified in this ContraCt. 7. Estimared Demand arid Deliverv Schedule. Co=encing in the year in which the '. Pipeline becomes operational md on or before December I of each year thereafter. Allottee shall provide the SWSP Enterprise with an estimated demand and delivery schedule for the use of its capaciry, noe to exced the amounr allotted herein, for the following calendar year. This schedule shall contain the time and quantities of warer which Alloct:ee estimares it shall require to be transmitted by the Pipeline. This schedule may be modified by the Allottee from time to time as the need warrants, in its sole discretion, within the physical capabilities of the Pipeline. Such demand and deli very schedules shall be consistent with the demand and delivery schedules submict:ed by Allottee for use of capaciry in the Caner Lake co Broomfield Pipeline and the Fan Lupton/Hudson Pipeline. 8. Pavmenr of Char!!es. a. Payment of the cOSts for annual arlmini<rrarion, operation and maintenance, including repair, shall be the responsibiliry of the Participants which shall be allocared on the same percentages which derermine each Participant's Construction Costs, including the Alloct:ee's Construction Costs, as ser forth on Schedule B. No larer than three (3) months prior to the completion of construction of the Pipeline, the SWSP Enrerprise shall issue a billing statement to Allottee requiring payment of the anticipared annual charges and costs [0 be incurred for adminisrrarion, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Pipeline for the remainder of the Fiscal Year, pursuanr to paragraphs 6.b. v; and 6.b. vi. above and to establish reserve funds. In succeeding years. a statement of estimared annual charges shall be issued on or before October 15 of each year for the currem Fiscal Year.
