To furnish the Buyer not later than the 10th day of each <br /> <br /> <br />month, with an ite~ized statement of the amount of water furnished <br /> <br /> <br />the Buyer during t~e preceding month. <br />B. The Buyer agrees: <br />1, To pay the Seller not later than the 15th day of each <br />month for water detivered, the purchase price of such water to be at <br />the applicable rate for water service outside the corporate limits <br />of the Seller, as 6et forth in the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Trinidad subject to any future amendments or revisions of said Code <br />of Ordinances. <br />2. To pay the Seller a total plant investment fee of <br />$36,000.00 for the number of taps specified in Paragraph A.I. <br />3. To install, operate, and maintain at its own expense at <br />point of delivery, the necessary metering equipment, including a meter <br />house or pit, and required devices of standard type for properly <br />measuring the quantity of water delivered to the Buyer, and to cali- <br />brate such metering equipment whenever requested by the Seller, but <br />not more frequently than once ever.y twelve (12) months. A meter re- <br />gistering not more than two percent (2%) above or below the test re- <br />sult shall be deemea to be accurate. The previous readings of any <br />meter disclosed by test to be inaccurate shall be corrected for the <br />two months previous to such test in accordance with the percentage <br />of inaccuracy found by such tests. If any meter fails to register for <br />any period, the amo~nt of water furnished during such period shall be <br />deemed to be the amount of water delivered in the corresponding period <br />immediately prior to the failure, unless Seller and Buyer shall agree <br />upon a different amount. The metering equipment shall be read on the <br />first day of each month. An appropriate official of the Buyer at all <br />reasonable times shall have access to the meter for the purpose of <br />verifying its readi~gs. <br />C.
