Evans <br />Director, eweB <br /> <br />August 26, 1999 <br /> <br />Sedgwick Sand Draws Watershed Conservancy District <br />Attn: Wallace McClary <br />6821 County Road 30 <br />Sedgwick CO 80749 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Loan Contract C153399 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. McClary: <br /> <br />A recent examination of Contract C153399 dated August December 1, 1982, and amended on <br />March 2, 1987, for a loan from the CWCB to the District disclosed that the District has not <br />assigned the property as required by Paragraph 5(a) and 5(b) of the contract, as shown in the <br />amendment. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a deed of trust that has been filled out with the exception of a legal description of the <br />Sedgwick Sand Draws Watershed Project. Please execute the deed of trust and have the <br />signatures notarized and return along with a legal description of the project which will be used as <br />Attachment A to the deed of trust. Please contact me if you have any problems locating a legal <br />description of the project. The CWCB will record the document with the County of Sedgwick. <br /> <br />Also enclosed is a security agreement to secure the pledge of revenues in accordance with' <br />Paragraph 5(b) as shown in the amendment. Please execute this document and return to the <br />CWCB. <br /> <br />Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
