Box 100 <br />Fort Morgan, Colorado 80701 <br /> <br />Dear Mr, Zwetzig: <br /> <br />This letter establishes conditions which mUSt be understood and agreed to by you before <br />further consideration may be given to the aflplication. Any changes in project cost, source of <br />funds, scope of services, or any other signifitant changes in the project o:\: applicant must be <br />reported to, and be approved by, Rural DeVelopment by written amendment to this letter. <br />Any changes not approved by Rural DevelOpment shall be cause for disc:ontinuing <br />processing of the application. <br /> <br />This letter is not to be considered as loan ap:proval, grant approval, or as a representation as <br />to the availability of funds. The docket may be completed on the basis of a loan not to exceed <br />$4,800,000 and iI. grant not to exceed $3,200,lJOO. If Rural Development through the Rural <br />Utilities Service (RU5) makes the loan, you ~y make a written request that the lower of the <br />two interest rates, the interest rate charged Will be the rate in effect at the time of loan <br />approval The loan will be considered approved on the date a signed copy of Form FmHA <br />1940-1, "Request for Obligation of Funds", is mailed to you. If you want the lower of the two <br />rates, your written request should be submitted to Rural Development as soon as possible. In <br />order to avoid possible delays in loan closin.g, such a request should ordinarily be submitted <br />at least 30 calendar days before loan closing. <br /> <br />Please complete and return the enclosed Focrn FmHA 1942-46, "Letter of Intent to Meet <br />Conditions", if you desire that further consideration be given your application. If the <br />conditions set forth in this letter are not met within 90 days from the date of approval, Rural <br />Development reserves the right to discontiIl,ue the processing of your application. The <br />approval of yom loan and grant will be COIlsidered if the following conditions can be met <br />prior to loan and grant closing, or the start elf construction, whichever Occurs first: <br /> <br />1.
