Creation of Fund and Pledge of pledged <br /> <br />Revenue. <br /> <br />(a) There is hereby establillhed the Fund 46 a special <br />fund of the Town, There are hereby established as accounts of the <br />Fund the Net Pledged Revenue Account and the Reserve Account. <br />Immec\iately upon receipt or collection of any Pledged Revenue, the <br />Net Pledged Revenue lIB determined pursuant to Section 2 (b) FIRST <br />and SECOND henof shall be depositec\ in the Net Plec\ged Revenue <br />Account and/or Reeerve Account, as the case may be, and used <br />801ely for the purpose of providing capital improvements or paying <br />debt service on bonds or other Obligations of the Town issued to <br />provide capi tal' improvements pursuant to Section 29-2-111, <br />Colorado Revised Statutes.
