My exarr,;.,aHo'l wos <br />made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, andacc<5rdingly.,- <br />included such tests of the accounting records and such other O'Liditing pr9ceaures as <br />I considered necessary in the circumstarlCes. . <br /> <br />I have found the financial data for the year ended Decenlber 31, 1973 included on <br />Bureau of Census Form R S-9 to be in agreement wi th the cudi ted records of the <br />Town of Rico. My examination of the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund was made in <br />accordance with the "Audit Guide and Standards for Revenue Shoring Recipients" <br />issued by the Office of Revenue Sharing, U. S. Department of the Treasury. <br /> <br />Expenditures exceeded appropriations within the General Fund, Federal Revenue <br />Sharing Fund and Street Fund.
