Additional right of way must be purchased at the intAke Horks. The

r:Leht of liay wiLl be approximatelY one acre in size. The l~.nd is owned

by Rico Argentine. 'l'he manager of the compmy indicat,ed that there woum

be no problem ,,'ith procuring the necessary easements. He stated that Rico

Argentine is readily amenable to granting this easement, contingent on

an agreement in writing wi th the To,m on the use of the ind ustrial water.

The proposed line from the i~take to the tank ,Jill traverse along the

existing easement; therefore, no further easement ,~ll be necessary here.

At the tank site, i t ,liJ~ be necessary to procure a tract of

approximateJ,y one-fourth acre in size. Once again, the land is owned by
Rico Argentine and there should pe no problems in obtaining additiom.l
easement for a tank site, contingent on a contractual agreement for the
industr.ial water. See Paee 18 of: this report.
The line from the tank to tb..e distri bo,tion point mIl follow the
location of the existing line. Therefore, no additional easement will
be necessary in this portion of the project.
All lines in the tOrm will bEl located on dedicated streets or alleys,
or on previously granted easements.
The Hayor of the Town of Rioo and the Manager of Rico Argentine met
Monday afternoon, Novemoer 1, '1916, and agreed that the only step that
can be taken at this time is to exchange the written easelllents of existing
facilities and proposed additione in consideration of the use of the TOrm's
industrial water fOl' ten (10) yea-rs. At the end of ten years, the TOlm
and Rico Argentine lii11 negotiate for a price on the industrial water.
No committments were made by Rico Argentine to support the project
