As stated, the projectwas to be completed within two and one-half years of <br />the date of the contract. The time schedule for the rehabilitation of our dams has been <br />shifted backwards the previous two years because of the construction permitting <br />difficulties encountered with the Peterson dam project This has required us to <br />postpone the construction of the Hourglass project to the 1996 construction season as <br />we are preparing to go to construction of Peterson this year. It is our intent to advertise <br />for construction bids either at the end of 1995 or the first part of 1996 for Hourglass, <br />This will require a time extension to approximately November of 1996 for project <br />completion, <br /> <br />Please call me if you need any other information for the above items, I will be out of the <br />office the week of March 13th through the 17th but will be back on Monday, the 20th, <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />)3Q.yw ~-L---- <br />Sam Boone <br />Water Resource Engineer <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
