As stated, the projectwas to be completed within two and one-half years of <br />the date of the contract. The time schedule for the rehabilitation of our dams has been <br />shifted backwards the previous two years because of the construction permitting <br />difficulties encountered with the Peterson dam project This has required us to <br />postpone the construction of the Hourglass project to the 1996 construction season as <br />we are preparing to go to construction of Peterson this year.
