This report is in partial fulfillment <br />of its contractual arrangement with the District. A copy of this draft is also being sent to Chuck <br />Roberts, Colorado State Engineers Office and to Janis S. lilian, Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, for their review and comment. <br /> <br />The draft report contains MWE's assessment of the changes in the ground water within the <br />District along with conclusions and recommendations. We look forward to the District and the <br />State Engineer's Office and Colorado Water Conservation Board's review and comments of the <br />draft report.
