<br />3. The only modifications. alterations. or changes in the <br />Original Contract shall be that: <br /> <br />Paragraph A.S. shall read as follows: <br /> <br />A.S. The City Coundil of the Contractor will lawfully <br />adopt; pursuant of Section 8.21 of its City Charter <br />(as attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference as Attachment B), a specific ordinance, <br />which shall be irrepealable for the period of the <br />project loan, which ordinance shall issue as security <br />for repayment of the loan to the State in the event <br />of a default the revenues from future sales taxes. A <br />certified copy of such ordinance is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment C. <br /> <br />Paragraph A.12. shall read as follows: <br /> <br />A.12. Repay to the State the sum of Five Hundred Eighteen <br />Thousand Three Hundred Two Dollars and Ninety-One <br />Cents ($518.302.911. said payment to be made in <br />thirty-four (34) equal annual installments of Twelve <br />Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars and <br />Seventy-Four Cents ($12.232.74), with no installment <br />payments in the years 1987. 1988. and 1989, and in <br />three (3) equal annual installments of Thirty-Four <br />Thousand One Hundred Twenty Nine Dollars and <br />Ninety-Two Cents ($34.129.921. payable in the years <br />2007. 2008. and 2009. The first installment payment <br />is to be made in the year 1984. and payments are to <br />be made as shown in Attachment D. attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference herein. until the entire <br />principal sum has been paid. Said installment <br />payments shall be made payable to the ColoradO Water <br />Conservation Board payable at the offices of the said <br />Board in Denver. Colorado. <br /> <br />Paragraph I. shall read as follows: <br /> <br />I. Upon completion of the payment of the full purchase <br />price to the State in the sum of Five Hundred <br />Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred Two Dollars and <br />Ninety-One Cents ($518.302.911. as set forth in <br />paragraph A.12. of this contract. the Contractor <br />shall have no more financial Obligations to the State <br />arising from this contract. <br /> <br />4. The effective pate of tRis contract amendment is <br />seven (7) days after the day it is dated. <br /> <br />S.
