In addition, all of the policies so required to be purchased and maintained (or certificates or other evidence thereof) shall contain a provision or endorsement that the coverage afforded will not be cancelled, materially changed, or renewal refused until at least 30 days' prior written notice has been given to OWNER and ENGINEER by certified mail. All such insurance shall remain in effect until final payment and at all times thereafter when CONTRACTOR may be correcting, removing, or replacing defective work. (d) The comprehensive general liability insurance required will include contractual liability insurance applicable to CONTRACTOR's obligations under this agreement. 9. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents which comprise the entire agreement between OWNER and CONTRACTOR are attached to this Agreement, made a part hereof and consist of the following: (a) This Agreement. (b) Performance and Payment Bonds, identified as Exhibits~ consisting of ~ pages. (c) Sketch of cofferdam design. (d) Letter of October 4 from CONTRACTOR to OWNER. (e) Specifications for reinforced concrete, and earth embankment work and prepared by ENGINEER. 10. AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents may be amended to provide for additions, deletions, and revisions in the work or to modify the terms and conditions thereof in one or more of the following ways: (a) a formal written amendment; (b) a. change order. In addition, the requirements of the Contract Documents may be supplemented, and minor variations and deviations in the work may be authorized, in one or more of the following -4-
