Bodily Injury and Property Damage Combined <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence <br />$1,000,000 aggregate <br /> <br />Said liability insurance policy shall name the OWNER and the <br />State of Colorado as co-insureds. In addition, all of the <br />policies so required to be purchased and maintained (or <br />certificates or other evidence thereof) shall contain a <br />provision or endorsement that the coverage afforded will not <br />be cancelled, materially changed, or renewal refused until at <br />least 30 days' prior written notice has been given to OWNER <br />and ENGINEER by certified mail. All such insurance shall <br />remain in effect until final payment and at all times <br />thereafter when CONTRACTOR may be correcting, removing, or <br />replacing defective work. <br /> <br />(d) The comprehensive general liability insurance <br />required will include contractual liability insurance <br />applicable to CONTRACTOR's obligations under this agreement. <br /> <br />9. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. <br /> <br />The Contract Documents which comprise the entire <br />agreement between OWNER and CONTRACTOR are attached to this <br />Agreement, made a part hereof and consist of the following: <br /> <br />(a) This Agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Performance and Payment Bonds, identified as <br />Exhibits~ consisting of ~ pages. <br /> <br />(c) Sketch of cofferdam design. <br /> <br />(d) Letter of October 4 from CONTRACTOR to OWNER. <br /> <br />(e) Specifications for reinforced concrete, and earth <br />embankment work and prepared by ENGINEER. <br /> <br />10. AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />The Contract Documents may be amended to provide <br />for additions, deletions, and revisions in the work or to <br />modify the terms and conditions thereof in one or more of the <br />following ways: <br /> <br />(a) a formal written amendment; <br /> <br />(b) a. change order. <br /> <br />In addition, the requirements of the Contract Documents <br />may be supplemented, and minor variations and deviations in <br />the work may be authorized, in one or more of the following <br /> <br />-4- <br />
