<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />PREFAC~ <br /> <br />The proposal that follows emOraces the initial scope of work <br /> <br />necessary for preparation of a fe~sibility report on Phase I of <br /> <br />the Grand Mesa Project. The prim~ry purpose of that feasibility <br /> <br />report is to provide a document s~itable for application for con- <br /> <br />struction funds either to the Sta~e of Colorado or to various <br /> <br />Federal Agencies. <br /> <br />The format of the report will follow closely the outline pro- <br /> <br />vided in the Guidelines of the Colorado,'Water Conservation Board <br /> <br />-with modifications to make it sui~able for application to the <br /> <br />Water and Power Resources Service under the Small Reclamation <br /> <br />Projects Act, as amended. In ord~r to closely adhere to the out- <br /> <br />line furnished by the Colorado Wa~er Conservation Board, the re- <br /> <br />quirements for feasibility report~ are listed chapter by chapter <br /> <br />with the estimated time requireme~ts and costs fOllowing each <br /> <br />chapter. <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br />
