This <br />population is projected to be reached by 1989. <br /> <br />If the rraximum day demand is reduced belav 500 gpcd, even a larger <br />population could be serviced. <br /> <br />'Ib expand the plant to 1.5 M:;D capacity will probably cost frcrn $500,000 to <br />$600,000. If PIP's are increased to a starting rate of $2,500.00 with <br />appropriate increases as taps are added to the system. Therefore, a <br />sizeable portion of the cost of the expansion can be accumulated for the <br />future construction so the future residents of Wellington would pay for the <br />expansion and not the existing town's people. <br />
