The table indicates RWIS demand of 43 to 75 acre-feet per year initially then increasing
to 74 to 106 acre-feet per year after 30 years.

The Town will use irrigation water rights for the project from two local ditches in the
area; the Lower Cactus Valley Ditch and the Ware & Hinds Ditch (a small amount of
water is also available from the Farmers Irrigation Company), Table 3 provides a
summary of the adjudication dates and decreed amounts for the two ditches and the
Town's ownership in the two ditch companies,
