The new name more closely <br />identifies thc agency with its principal functions--supplying <br />water and power. This cooperative aGreement was prepared <br />prior to adoption of the new name. All references to the <br />Bureau of Reclamation or any derivatives thereof are to be <br />considered synonymous wi th the Wa tel' and Powel' Hesources <br />Service. <br />
