The final payment of $8,885.00 shall be withheld by the State until the final of the final report which is re- quired by Exhibit A, Scope of Services, has been received and accepted by the State. upon acceptance of said report, the State shall so indicate its acceptance in writing, whereupon the Contractor shall submit its invoice for the final $8,885.00 payment. B. The Contractor shall, either upon the face of the invoice submitted for the final $8,885.00 payment, or by separate letter, indicate that it has nO further claim to make "for compensation or reimbursement due it pursuant to the terms of this contract. 2. Paragraph 3 on page 2 of 5 pages of the original contract is hereby amended by deleting the figure "$200,000.00" and inserting in lieu thereof the figure "$214,060.00". 3. Paragraph 8 on page 3 of 5 pages of the original contract, as amended by paragraph I.B. of the first contract amendment, is further amended by deleting the phrase "February 1, 1982," and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase "June 30, 1982, II. 4. The Scope of Services which is attached to the original contract as Exhibit A, as amended by the first and second contract amendments, is hereby further amended by in- serting the following sentences at the end of clause (1) as set forth on page 2 of 4 pages of the second contract amendment: "Activity V shall also include sensitivity analyses on certain alternatives in order to display a range of estimated costs and benefits and a range of estimated water deliveries for municipal use. Finally, this activity shall include an analysis of secondary or indirect benefits;". Page 2 of 4 pages
