The <br />report has been finalized taking into account the River District's review <br />co~nents and suggestions on the draft report and including internal review <br />comments and minor editorial changes. Elements of the supplemental <br />materials investigation have been integrated into the final report and <br />updated costs on the Rock Creek Project and implementation schedules have <br />been included. <br /> <br />The report is submitted in accordance with the provisions of our Agreement <br />dated 15 August 1985 and presents the results of the investigations and <br />studies performed in accordance with the specified scope of work under <br />Tasks 1 through 12 of the Agreement and the May 1986 Supplemental Work, <br />Amendment No.1. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />h~~ A-/r~ <br /> <br />Eric B.
