<br />ARTICLE 1
<br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS
<br />
<br />Section 1, Appointment. The Board of Directors, provided
<br />for i~.the Decree of Incorporation of this District, shall be
<br />appointed by the. District Court and shall be residents of and
<br />owners of real property in the sub-district from which they
<br />~re chosen, Each Directo" shall hold offic~ during the term

<br />Section,3. GeneraL Powers and Duties... lhe"l'owers -and

<br />forth in the Colorado',Revised Statutes, 1963, Chapter ISO,

<br />Section 4, Meetings,
<br />a. A regular meeting.of the Board of Directors shall
<br />be held monthly at su~h time and place as the Board
<br />of Directors may provide by resolution,
<br />b, Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be
<br />held at any time at any, place upon written notice of
<br />
