RESOLUTION NO. 01-20-87.01

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE PROPOSED FUNDING SOURCES FOR REHABILI-
TATION OF VICTOR RESERVOIR DAM NO. 2 WHOSE ESTIMATED TOTAL IS
HEREWITH ESTABLISHED.

WHEREAS, the City of Victor desires to correct certain defi-
ciencies observed in the No. 2 Reservoir Dam facility; and,

WHEREAS, through a feasibility study completed in January 1987
by the firm of Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc., the estimated project cost
for remedial construction is $542,600; and,

WHEREAS, the City of Victor anticipates provision of a $20,100
contribution toward said project; and,

WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board has
to approve a low interest loan in the amount of $22,500
of 20 years; and,

WHEREAS, the City of Victor will be requesting a CDBG grant in
aide in the amount of $260,000; and,

WHEREAS, the State of Colorado Impact Grant Assistance Fund will
be requested to fund a grant in aide in the amount of $240,000,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VICTOR HEREBY
RESOLVES THE FEASIBILITY STUDY COMPLETED BY GREENHORNE AND O'MARA,
INC., TO BE A NECESSARY AND REQUIRED TASK IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE
PROCESS OF PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION, REQUIRED REMEDIAL CONSTRUCTION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE FACILITY BY THE STATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
STANDARDS SET FORTH FOR THE SAME.

INTRODUCED, READ, AND PASSED UNANIMOUSLY THIS 20TH DAY OF JANUARY,
1987.
