The NRCS has reviewed the conceptual
plan as to general feasibility.

The raw water irrigation system will divert from a well adjacent
to the Roaring Fork River in the vicinity of the Cox and Henry
Ditch. A pump station will deliver water through pipelines on
both sides of River Oaks Lane. Each lot will have a tap at the
street frontage property line.

Water Rights and Water Availability

The RORFPOA does not own water rights for this project. It plans
to lease raw water from the Mid Valley Metropolitan District
under a long term agreement. A description of water rights, and
a draft of the Water Rights Lease agreement are included in
Appendix C.

Cost Estimate

Engineering and Design
Construction

$ 2,500
$31. 500

Total Cost

$34.000

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

A detailed proposal and construction cost estimate is included in
Appendix B.

Implementation Schedule

Task

Tarqet Completion Date

l.
2.
3.
4.
5.

Complete Final Design
Bid the Job
Start Construction
Complete Construction
Project is Operational

4/15/97
5/01/97
5/15/97
6/15/97
7/0l/97

4
