The project itself. The project will be owned by the RORFPOA <br />and can be offered by vote of the membership and the Board of <br />Directors. <br /> <br />Institutional Considerations <br /> <br />The RORFPOA has applied to the CWCB to borrow $25,500 from the <br />Construction Fund Loan Account. The loan from the CWCB is <br />contingent upon Legislative approval, and the successful <br />negotiation of a contract between the CWCB and the RORFPOA. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The RORFPOA will need to obtain an approving vote of its members <br />to contract for the loan, and to increase the assessments. <br /> <br />The RORFPOA must successfully negotiate a Water Rights Lease with <br />the Mid Valley Metropolitan District. The lease must extend for <br />the term of the CWCB loan, or contain favorable extension <br />provisions to assure water will be available for the term of the <br />CWCB loan. <br /> <br />Opinion of Feasibility <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The selected alternative is technically and financially feasible. <br />There are no significant roadblocks which would keep the RORFPOA <br />from successfully completing this project. <br /> <br />6 <br />
