allow boating access across its lands at a second location <br />on the reservoir's south shore provi3ed that such second <br />location is open at all times to the general public and <br />provided furcher that the District must prepare or cause to <br />be prepared a single, detailed plan for the design, <br />3evelopment, use, and management uf both boating access <br />sites which provides for the coordinated development of the <br />same. Said detailed plan shall Ue subject to the Board's <br />�rior approval. <br />7. A portion of the lands ak the west end of the reservoir <br />between County Roads 14 and 16 and the ceservoir shall be <br />managed for waterfowl habitat. <br />��. The property now owned by Colorado-Ute on the northside of <br />the reservoir east of the north-south centerline of section <br />3U shall be used and managed by the District in a manner <br />which is compatible with the current use of the area by <br />various species of wildlife, especially wintering big game <br />animals. Public and vehicular access and use will be <br />limited an3 conrolled if necessary. The District will <br />consult with the Colorado Division of Wildlife with regard <br />to the use and management of this area. <br />9.
