(i) All lots or portions thereoE in the existing South <br />Shore Devalopment lying along the southeasterly side oE <br />the reservoir as are necessary Eor the District to <br />obtain ownership back lU0 fee� in l�orizontal distance <br />[rom the elevation concour at 7211 feet above i9.S.L. <br />througnout said development. <br />(g) Approximately 2 acres of Land at the northwesterly part <br />of the reservoir north of the Yampa River and south of <br />County Road 14, at a point about 2,OU0 feet east of the <br />junction with County Road 16. <br />(h) Access to the reservoir at a reasonable number of <br />locations from County Road 16 (and the easterly <br />extension thereof) across lands owned 'oy Noutain Air. <br />2. Lands to be acquired from Mountain Air shall be obtained at <br />no expense to the District or the Board and shall be deeded <br />in fee simple to the District, except in the case of item <br />1(h) above for which rights-of-way or easement in perpetuity <br />shall be satisfactory. All other lands to be acquired by <br />the Uistrict shall be obtained in Eee simple and shall be <br />appraised by independent appraisers of the eoard's choice. <br />The amounts to be paid by the District for such lands shall <br />be subject to the eoar3's prior approval. <br />3.
