PROJECT EVALUATION

The project evaluation for the Town of Starkvi11e is very
difficult because of the Town's size, costs of the project and
inadequate Town records. The Town has about 52 users on the
system. The monthly user fee is $8.00 which gives $416.00 per
month revenue.
