This Court has full and complete jupisdiction of <br />thc.above-entitled matter, the parties hereto, whether <br />appearing or not appearing, and the subject matter of this <br />proceeding. <br /> <br />2. The requisite number of landowners have signed <br />the Petition, based upon the tax roles, which arc prima facie <br />evidence of such ownership, C.R.S. 1973 S37~45"'109(5). and <br />based upon the testimony, exhibits and the information <br />certified by the County Treasurers of Alamosa, Conejos, and <br />Rio Grande counties. <br /> <br />3. The Petition in all respects complies with, and <br />conforms to, the requirements of the Hwater Conservancy Act" <br />of Colorado, C.R.S 1973 S37-4S-l01 et seq. as amended, and the <br />allegations of said Petition, as amended, are true and said <br />Peti~ion is hereby.approve~ by the Court. <br /> <br />4. No objecting petitions or objections have been <br />. filed pursuant to the Water Conservancy Act agains~ the <br />formation of the Alarnosa-LaJara Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />5. A sufficient bond has been filed pusuant to <br />C.R.S. 1973 ,37-45-110. <br /> <br />DECREE <br /> <br />\ <br />WHEREFORE, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed: <br />, <br />1.
