<br />A. A 400 gallon per minute peak. capacity water treatment plant consisting of two modular treatment units, alum, soda
<br />ash polymer, chlorination chemical feed systems and piping, including an administrative and a water laboratory area,
<br />all within 8 2,170 square foot concrete and wood structure. Treatment plant is located in the Peak. Seven area as
<br />shown in Appendix B.
