20. Dissolution Not Aooroved. If the dissolution of the
District is not approved at the election, this Agreement shall be
null and void and of no further force and effect.

21. Entire Aareement. This Agreement constitutes the entire
agreement between the. parties concerning the subject matter
hereof. except as specifically supplemented by relevant statutory
provisions.>
